How the inquiry form works
The website inquiry forms ask for your work email, product or category, and project details. Your inquiry form fields are sent to us only when you press Send inquiry. The form does not accept files; reference images can be shared later by email or WhatsApp. The site stores the validated inquiry with a server reference before asking Resend to notify our sales address; your work email is used as the reply address. The saved record also includes the first landing page, outside referrer, campaign parameters and language so the sales team can understand the original request and its source.
Access, retention and deletion
Access is limited to the Catidog team members who handle inquiries and to the service providers needed to host the site, store the record and deliver the notification. Inquiry records are kept while the request or resulting business record remains active, and longer only where an order, accounting, dispute or legal obligation requires it. A verified deletion request is the trigger for removal when no such obligation applies. Send the request from the inquiry email address to sales@catidog.com and include the inquiry reference if available.
Services and international processing
Cloudflare hosts the website and inquiry database. Resend delivers the notification email. Our mailbox receives the inquiry for sales follow-up. Google Analytics 4 receives page and event data for measurement, only after you allow analytics. These providers may process data in countries outside your location under their own service terms. We do not send inquiry text, email addresses or other form-field values to Google Analytics.
Analytics and external links
Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose Allow analytics in the cookie notice; until then, and after you decline, no analytics cookie is set and nothing is sent to Google. You can change the choice at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of every page. With your permission, we measure page views, traffic sources and interactions such as inquiry-form starts and successful submissions, WhatsApp clicks and resource downloads. Source links and WhatsApp may open third-party services; information you choose to send through those services is handled under their policies. The navigation language preference, inquiry success reference and initial visit source may be stored temporarily in your browser.
